  • Cancellation After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow our return process after receiving the item.

 Returns
We accept returns for most products within 7 of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.

 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
